Our Racing Division
Conway Yacht Club ‘Deganwy Rowers’ has an active and exciting racing division, frequently competing in events against clubs from Wales, the rest of the UK, and Europe.

We also take part in some challenging long distance endurance races, including:

- Cardigan Bay Challenge – 58 nautical miles from Fishguard to Pwllheli
- Montford Bridge, Shrewsbury – 14 miles upstream on the River Severn
- Castle to Castle – 13 miles on the Menai Straits, Beaumaris to Caernarfon
- Loch Ness ‘Monster the Loch’ – 22 miles on the Loch
To help keep us in shape we run:
- Dedicated endurance training sessions on the water
- Training schedules set by a qualified coach
